Do I need a Moasure?
No. Moasure exports bring in exact shapes, but you can also build each area from rectangles using your tape measurements.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Email us and we'll move you to another plan. The new price starts with your next billing date.
How does billing work?
Your card is charged when you sign up, then on the same day each month (or each year on yearly billing). Payments are handled by Forte, a secure payment processor; your card number never touches our servers.
What if I need more users than my plan includes?
Email us. We can add users to your account or recommend the right plan.
Which payment processors are supported?
Plus includes payment processing through our supported payment processors. Pro adds other credit card processing companies. Email us for the complete list.
Does it work on a phone or tablet?
Yes. TurfScale runs in the browser on a computer, tablet or phone, so you can show clients the estimate on site.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time. Email us and your plan won't renew. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
