What we collect
When you sign up: your name, company, email, phone number (if given) and billing address. While you use TurfScale: the estimates, client details, measurements, documents and settings you enter.
Payments
Card details are entered into Forte's secure payment form and go straight to Forte. TurfScale receives only a token, the card type and its last four digits, which we keep to show you which card is billed.
How we use it
To run your account, bill your subscription, send the emails you ask TurfScale to send (such as estimates to your clients), and contact you about your account. We don't sell your information.
Who else handles it
Forte (payments), our hosting provider, our email provider, and Intuit when you connect QuickBooks Online. [List and links.]
