The service

TurfScale is estimating, layout and project software for artificial turf installers, provided by [company legal name] ("we"). These terms apply to everyone who uses it.

Subscriptions and billing

TurfScale is billed in advance, monthly or yearly, at the price of the plan you choose. Your card is charged when you sign up and then automatically at the start of each billing period until you cancel. Payments are processed by Forte; we never see or store your full card number.

We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email. A new price applies from your next billing period after the notice.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time by emailing [email protected]. Your plan won't renew, and you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. [Refund policy.]

Your account and data

Each plan includes a set number of users. Keep your login details private; you're responsible for activity under your account. Your estimates, clients and settings belong to you. [Data export and deletion on cancellation.]

Estimates and accuracy

TurfScale's layouts, quantities and prices are calculated from the measurements and rates you enter. Check them before ordering materials or quoting a client; we aren't responsible for losses caused by incorrect measurements, settings or results.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service, try to access other accounts, or interfere with its operation.
